2022 CLARK/CRC CARES OPEN BENEFICIARIES

Each year, we support the communities in which we live and work by raising funds for local and national organizations through the Clark/CARES Open Golf Tournament. We are proud to announce the following beneficiaries for this year’s tournament:

 
 

CANINE COMPANIONS

Canine Companions is leading the service dog industry so clients and their dogs can live with greater independence. This organization provides service dogs to adults, children, and veterans with disabilities and facility dogs to professionals working in healthcare, criminal justice, and educational settings. Since it’s founding in 1975, dogs and all follow-up services are provided at no cost to clients.

FISHER HOUSE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Fisher House Southern California provides military and veteran families with temporary housing free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital for an illness, disease, or injury. These comfort homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world including VA Long Beach Medical Center, Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, and Naval Medical Center San Diego.

HOPE BUILDERS

Hope Builders empowers young adults with mentorship, life skills, and job skills training that meet the needs of employers. This worthy goal reflects an unwavering acceptance of others and where they are on their life trajectories, and a commitment to empowering young adults to realize their strengths. Every year, Hope Builders enrolls more than 200 young adults who are caught in this cycle of poverty and strives to help them achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.

PLATINUM SPONSOR ($10,000)

  • One golf foursome (four players), including two golf carts and four box lunches

  • Dinner and awards reception for four

  • Eight raffle tickets per player

  • $100 per player to Adidas/TaylorMade gift shop on site

GOLD SPONSOR ($7,500)

  • One golf foursome (four players), including two golf carts and four box lunches

  • Dinner and awards reception for four

  • Six raffle tickets per player

  • Gold Sponsor feature on tournament banner and tee sign

  • $100 per player to Adidas/TaylorMade gift shop on site

SILVER SPONSOR ($5,000)

  • One golf foursome (four players), including two golf carts and four box lunches

  • Dinner and awards reception for four

  • Four raffle tickets per player

  • Silver Sponsor feature on tournament banner and tee sign

  • $50 per player to Adidas/TaylorMade gift shop on site

BRONZE SPONSOR ($2,500)

  • Double (two players), including one golf cart and two box lunches

  • Dinner and awards reception for two

  • Two raffle tickets per player

  • Bronze Sponsor feature on tournament banner and tee sign

  • $50 per player to Adidas/TaylorMade gift shop on site

The sponsorship levels are intended for one day of golf and a maximum of 4 players. Additional players will be considered based on availability after allowing other sponsors an opportunity to participate. For additional foursomes, the minimum sponsorship for the first foursome is $10,000 with precedence given to the highest sponsorship levels until the event is full.

Please complete the sponsorship form below or fill out our downloadable PDF and email or mail it to Veronica Natividad no later than Friday, October 21. Please also provide an electronic copy of your company logo (EPS format, high-resolution JPG, or TIFF file preferred) to ensure that your company logo is represented on tournament signage. These are to be emailed directly to Veronica Natividad at veronica.natividad@cbgbc.com.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Credit card payments to CRC CARES are now accepted via PayPal Giving Fund. Please select "Other" on the PayPal page and enter the sponsorship amount. Be sure to share the name and email address associated with the registration form.
