In conjunction with the annual CRC Companies and CBG Building Company holiday party hosted at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland, the CRC CARES Foundation hosted a toy drive benefiting the Arlington Pediatric Center (APC). All guests were encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy to donate for the children receiving treatment at APC's Medical Home.
APC works in the Arlington, Virginia community to provide a Medical Home that offers consistent, comprehensive, affordable, quality health care to children through 18 years of age, with a family income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level. APC is located in a convenient, accessible location in South Arlington, and offers those in need a full-time staff of pediatricians, care coordinators, a counselor, and other health care practitioners. Patients are seen by appointment six days per week and physicians are on-call 24/7.
In addition to the 100+ toys donated to APC from the CRC CARES Foundation, a holiday luncheon was hosted for 25 staff members the week before Christmas with catering from The Corner Bakery.
